KS-282 rice is non-basmati rice. It is cultivated in both Punjab & Sindh. This rice AGL is from 6.7mm to 6.86mm. It became long 1.3% after cooking. It is mostly consumed in raw rice. It is blended with IRR6 non-basmati rice. It’s become long grain nonbasmati rice category.
